I recently started a store called The Hot Sauce Collector at http://hotsauce.zlio.com — I’ve been collecting hot sauce for five years and am quite passionate about hot sauce and fiery foods. This store seemed like a great entrepreneurial experiment in web stores, with the potential to build highly-targetted sites focused on particular products and product genres.
