My mom and sister know how to do that, that is very yumy….. but if u want me I can ask them and I will send u an email with the recipe… mine is and im always checking my email…..
I can hook you up with this one girl….
It’s pretty easy.
For the chile rellenos, you first put the peppers in a hot oven, until the skin is burned. You take them out, you put them in a plastic bag and let them sweat so that it’s easier to take the skin off.
Meanwhile, beat some egg whites until frothy.
Make a simple tomato sauce with tomatoes, garlic, chicken cube. (Blend all of this together)
Stuff your peppers with white cheese, mexican if you can, if not, mozza, dip in the egg mixture, and fry.
Drain on paper towels, cover in tomato sauce, et voila!
For enchiladas,
Make a sauce out of Guajillo chile. (Boil in water, then grind it)
Dip corn tortillas in the mixture, fry them lightly, should still be soft, roll up with shredded chicken, and top with crumbly mexican cheese, cream, tomato sauce, and shredded lettuce.
Oh God I’m hungry!!!
Hope this helps!
